Based in Scotland, the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) is a partnership of 10 independent colleges and research institutions with locations as diverse as Inverness, Perth, Fort William, Dornoch, Orkney and the Outer Hebrides available to study.
Spanning the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, a place of outstanding natural beauty, UHI boasts centres of excellence and world-class thinking that push the boundaries of academic and applied knowledge. With smaller class sizes, UHI provides a personalised learning environment with tailored support and flexibility at the heart of its teaching.

Some UHI colleges feature their own accommodation. If this is not available, the accommodation team can assist with finding you somewhere to live during study.
Location
UHI offers students the chance to study in larger towns such as Perth, Inverness, or Elgin or in smaller communities across the mainland and islands like Fort William, Dornoch, or Orkney.
